The former factory & office building of Belgian coffee brand Jacqmotte dating back from 1828 was renovated by Philippe and Laurent Jaspers Located in the Marolles district in the heart of Brussels, it now houses luxury lofts, apartments, offices and retail facilities, al surrounding a quiet inner garden. Toen Architect Michel Jaspers en zoon Laurent Jaspers de oude vervallen koffiefabriek van Jacqmotte ontdekten in de Marollen onstond de ambitie uit om deze te herscheppen tot wat Espace Jacqmotte de dag van vandaag is geworden: Waarschijnlijk het eerste gemengde complex op grote schaal in hartje Brussel, bestaande uit apartementen, luxueuze lofts, kantoren en winkels.
